1. General
- All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to update prices or product details at any time
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders are subject to availability
- Payment must be completed at checkout
- We accept payments via Shopify Payments and other approved methods
3. Shipping
- Free shipping for orders over $50
- $7 flat shipping for orders under $50
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- No returns for used items or change of mind
- Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photos
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless item is defective
5. Liability
- Ayoraa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item
6. Privacy
- We collect personal information to process orders and communicate with customers
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except to fulfill orders
