  At Rivaee, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

  Final Sale Items — No Returns Accepted For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Bikinis and swimwear
  • Bodysuits and intimates
  • Underwear and lingerie

  All Other Items

  • Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
  • For damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and video proof
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
